Welcome to the Dura Beds website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital platforms and outline the basis for all trade agreements and sales transactions between Dura Beds Limited (“Dura Beds,” “we,” “us”) and our approved retail customers (“the Customer,” “you”).
1. Website Terms of Use
1.1 Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content found on this website, including all product names, logos, images, text, and the “Dura Beds” name itself, remains the exclusive property of Dura Beds Limited. This material is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
1.2 Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy, but product specifications, colours, and images are for illustrative purposes only. As we are constantly innovating, we reserve the right to modify product specifications without giving prior notice.
2. Trade Sales Terms (B2B)
These terms govern the relationship between Dura Beds Limited and all approved trade account holders (retail customers).
2.1 Order Acceptance and Pricing
All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by Dura Beds. Pricing is based on the current wholesale price list valid at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to amend pricing due to factors like significant material cost changes, with reasonable notice provided to the Customer.
2.2 Manufacturing and Delivery
- Just-in-Time Production: We operate on a 'just-in-time' manufacturing model. Lead times will be confirmed upon order acceptance.
- Delivery and Risk: Delivery will be made to the agreed-upon location using our own fleet (for UK & Ireland) or approved logistics partners (for export markets). The risk of damage to or loss of the goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the specified location.
- Access: The Customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access for our delivery vehicles.
2.3 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for goods supplied must be made within [Insert Agreed Number of Days] from the date of the invoice. Failure to adhere to these payment terms may result in the suspension of future deliveries and revocation of any granted credit terms.
2.4 Product Warranty
All Dura Beds products are backed by our standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty terms do not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery. All warranty claims must be directed through the Customer (retailer) to Dura Beds.
2.5 Cancellations and Returns
Due to our ‘just-in-time’ custom manufacturing process, cancellations of confirmed orders may incur a charge if made after the manufacturing process has begun. Returns are only accepted if the goods are deemed faulty or damaged in transit, and must be approved via a formal return authorization from Dura Beds.
